I. Attendance
Aguirre, President, took attendance and called the meeting to order at 3:20 P.M.

- New structure for chapter
- One board member position needed to be filled
- Subcommittee members needed for Student Success and Event Planning -Talk to Bassler, Program Coordinator(filling in for Moscozo) for Student Success, and talk to Rome, Event Planning Coordinator, for Event planning
