Board Members Absent: Student Success Coordinator Raquel Moscozo

General Members Present: 21

I. Attendance

Aguirre, President, took attendance and called the meeting to order at 3:20 P.M.

II. Items Discussed

1. New structure for chapter
2. One board member position needed to be filled
3. Subcommittee members needed for Student Success and Event Planning -Talk to Bassler, Program Coordinator(filling in for Moscozo) for Student Success, and talk to Rome, Event Planning Coordinator,  for Event planning

1. Sign-up sheets for subcommittees passed around

We are now accepting applications for two of our coordinator positions: Event Planning and Marketing. These applications are due Monday, Oct. 13. Please download the application and turn in to our office (USU 201F) or return to a board member.

Hello all!

Today marks the last day of the first week of Fall 2014 (unless you have class on Fridays). We hope you all got the classes you needed and are enjoying your professors and classmates.

This Monday, October 6th, 2014 we will be having our first general meeting of the Fall quarter. It will be from 3:15-4:30 PM at the U-SU Los Angeles Room. We will have free refreshments, so don't forget to show up! Hope to see you all there!
